Nezal is licensed rather than sold. The terms are an annual per-developer licence agreement signed with each customer.

The licence agreement and the support terms and the service levels are provided with the quote and prevail over anything on this website. The governing law is stated in the licence agreement. Trademarks and the Nezal name are property of Nezal Technologies Co.
